Jeff Banister is former MLB Manager for the Texas Rangers.  He was Chad's manager in High A ball and had a huge influence over him as a player and person.  Jeff shares his story of when he was a player, how he was almost paralyzed on the field, his big league story, and how he transitioned into a coach in the minor leagues.
