Jeff Diehl of Chickadee's Diner in Irmo, SC has seen the best of times and the worst of times.  After losing a restaurant, Jeff learned many valuable lessons and re-tooled his business model to come back better than ever.  Jeff has had several really meaningful mentors and he has taken their advice to heart.  Jeff has created a new dining concept and he is excited to grow his business in his hometown.  The local business community is a very important part of Jeff's business plan.  He depends on word of mouth referrals to help get the word out about his restaurant.
