Jeff Lantz, Senior Director of Communications for MiLB, joins us this week and looks back at his 11 years in Des Moines as the Director of Media Relations for the Iowa Cubs, which included a brief stint as Kerry Wood's roommate. Lantz also discusses his time in the majors working for the Baltimore Orioles and Buck Showalter.
