This episode of the Salty Hunter Podcast we have Jeff Lund; host of the Mediocre Alaskan Podcast but it is anything but mediocre. Jeff is a writer, teacher, hunter, and fanatical steelhead fisherman from Ketchikan. I have a deep fascination with southeast AK and must admit that if I were to live anywhere else in the state it would be in Jeff’s neck of the woods. We talk photography, touch on his book and other articles he’s writing, gear in the backcountry, being realistic about hunting out of state, handing off tags if you cant hunt that year, WSA 21-01 (I get a little heated), and anecdotal stories in wildlife management.
