Dr. Jeff Moore is a doctor of physical therapy working exclusively in outpatient orthopedics. He launched the Institute of Clinical Excellence in 2012 and became a faculty member with Evidence in Motion in 2015. After feedback from his students, he founded Onward Physical Therapy where he helps his students start physical therapy clinics where they can put the ICE knowledge into practice.
