Meet Jeff & Sydney Tyler, a father/daughter duo who own and operate Palooza Basecamp & Eatery in Cascade, Idaho. They are originally from Sonoma, California. They landed here in Idaho in 2021 in search of a great new location to open a second restaurant.

But, Palooza is much more than just a restaurant. Not only do they offer fine dining, There is a basecamp hotel located above the restaurant for the occasional nights stay. And what would a nights stay be without some entertainment you ask? They've got you covered there too as they provide ax throwing and live comedy.

One of the fascinating things about this eatery is the history of the 1940's building and what used to be called The Chief Hotel Restaurant and Lounge. In fact, the Tyler's value the nostalgia of the sign so much they say they will never take it down!
