The Department of Education says Jeff Co Public Schools are violating Title IX by permitting transgender student access to bathrooms, locker rooms, and overnight accommodations.  Lindsay Datko, Jeffco Kids First joins Jeff and Bill to outline the decision and next steps.  Then Erin Lee, Protect Kids Colorado, joins the show to celebrate the ballot initiative we will get to vote on about trans athletes this fall.
