Jeff and his wife, Brenda, live in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, USA. They have three grown children, one granddaughter, and a grandson on the way. Jeff is a  certified life coach, public speaker, and leadership trainer with The John Maxwell Team, as well as a spiritual life coach and a meditation practitioner and teacher. Formerly he worked as a journalist and served as a church pastor in direct support of adults with developmental disabilities. Jeff founded his coaching and training company, New Horizons Life and Leadership Development in June 2020.
