In this episode of Doing the Opposite: Business Disruptors, Jeff Dewing speaks to footballing legend and TalkSPORT host Alan Brazil.

Alan reveals how a playground rule at his school that limited ball size, ultimately led to an illustrious footballing career with Ipswich Town, Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United among others, as well as playing internationally for Scotland. 

His football career was cut short by health difficulties at 27 when he began to transition into broadcasting. 

Now the host of the breakfast show on TalkSPORT, Alan recalls the story of how he very nearly missed his debut appearance on the station.

Alan also highlights the importance of respect and demonstrating respect to those around you.
