God is the pilot in the spirit. He too can be our spirit guide. God lives within each and everyone of us. We are born not knowning right from wrong. Then as we gradually grow up we are guided down his righteous path. Although we often go astray from his path we always welcome to return home as long as we acknowledge our transgressions and make the necessary changes. It's like someone who is on parole or probation deals with the consequences being dismissed earlier for following mandatory protocol.
