Exodus 5:25
He said, “If you listen carefully to the Lord your God and do what is right in his eyes, if you pay attention to his commands and keep all his decrees, I will not bring on you any of the diseases I brought on the Egyptians, for I am the Lord, who heals you.”

In another incident... Matthew 8: 1 - 4 says...
- A man with leprosy came and knelt before him and said, "Lord, if you are willing, you can make me clean." Jesusreached out his hand and touched the man. "I am willing," he said. ... Jesus said to him, "I will go and heal"
Jesus was healing him emotionally first, and then the physical healing. I think that’s the pattern.
“Jesus stated, 'I am willing, be healed! ' This statement emphatically declares that healing is the will of God, Jehovah-Rapha is His name.
