Today on the podcast I was delighted to have Jen Franks Ahaghotu who is a serial educator and online course coach, Jen is the Disruptive Truth Teller. She is best in the world at empowering visionary Black women business owners and personal brands to speak their disruptive truth and ascend beyond success to generational wealth and freedom.

Jen has lived and breathed Black excellence her whole life. Her parents leveraged the currency of education to break out of the cycle of poverty so she could earn a degree from Harvard College. Jen continued to make her parents and the ancestors proud by program designing and implementing a multi-million dollar initiative in New York City schools, impacting 100,000+ students a year. But something was missing. Jen realized that the key to ascending to the next level of wealth and freedom was about sharing her true essence rather than trying to outrun racism, sexism and the patriarchy by always trying to be a little more perfect.

Jen’s mission is to help Black women luminaries, influencers, and changemakers to surrender to the truth of who they really are to magnetize massive wealth, power and impact. By leveraging her Disruptive Truth Technique, Jen reconnects her clients to the autobiography of who they are, peels away unconscious barriers instilled by racism, sexism, and the patriarchy and gives them permission to lay down the armor they have used to protect themselves for far too long. She focuses in like a laser on the heart of who they want to be and what disruptive message they need to tell in order to embody that woman now. Then she supports her clients in taking action.
