this episode I'm covering Jen shah's sentencing motion and the inventory that was released from the search warrant. The crime Jen is being sentenced for holds guideline sentence of about 135-160 months (11-13 years). but, Jen is asking the court to have some mercy on her and sentence her to just 36 months... 3 years. 

Jen argues that there are two Jens... the criminal enterprise Jen, and the loving family woman and mother. She argues that the court is sentencing the criminal enterprise Jen shah, but the mothering loving Jen shah is going to be serving the time, so the judge should have mercy.
