Jena holds a juris doctor degree from the University of Akron and practiced law and raised her family in tropical Ohio. What book have you gifted the most? Why? 

A Child’s Garden of Verses by Robert Louis Stevenson. I received this as a gift when I was a child and now I gift this charming book to children I love.

What is the one productivity tool you use every day? Why? 

Hootsuite to schedule my social media

What word do you misspell most often? 

Words like recurring- when do you double or not double that last consonant?! My own typos and autocorrect trip me up the most.

What three things do you do to be a successful writer? 

Read, think, live, write. Which is four things- so I guess writers don’t always follow the rules.

What are the titles of the last two books you have read? 

I read two books this week at the request of the authors. I was honored to write reviews for: Swaying by Lucinda Blanchard and Distant Starlit Nights by Myriam Ullens. Both are 5 star reads.

What is your favorite word?

What do you use more often – a dictionary or a thesaurus?

Coffee- like everybody else!
