One thing I don't see a lot of people talking about in our industry is budgeting. I see a lot of people saying you "should raise your prices" and while that is a nice idea, that can be bad advice if you are not fully booked and still trying to build a business.

That said, something all of us can do to help us have more profits is get better at managing the money we are bringing in. Finding ways to cut costs and better save our money so we can invest it or put it back into our businesses.

In today's episode, Jena Cash the founder of Soco Lashes shares a creative budgeting hack that she shares with all her students and that will allow you to put more profits into your business each year. It's not difficult to do, and it's something you can start right now.
