It is clear that construction projects in the country account for a significant portion of the national cake (economy), a conclusion that is clear to any person’s understanding of government’s projects and agenda’s such as the Big 4 and the Vision 2030. Therefore, our discussion is based on the results of employment where the number of employed graduates and the transfer of skills and advancement of technologies are still lagging behind.
