Jenn Tarbell is an entrepreneur with a passion for seeing people live out their dreams. She currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development at Cappital, a technology firm specializing in custom software solutions whose clients range from small startups to Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to formally joining the Cappital team, Jenn built a successful consulting practice, partnering with a number of nonprofit leaders to aid in their fundraising strategies. She also cofounded a tech startup called Winnable, which focused on knowledge retention. As a side project in recent years, Jenn and her husband owned and operated a retail franchise business in Newport Beach, California. She also has a deep passion for international development, and spent nearly 6 years at HOPE International, assisting in building the development department and team and raising over $6M for the organization in that time. She also served on the Executive Team at HOPE for two years, where she assisted in making decisions about the strategic direction of the organization.

Jenn remains involved with HOPE by serving on the local advisory board. She also serves on The Barnabas Group and Esperanza International boards. Jenn enjoys public speaking on various topics and has been hosted both internationally and around the country. She holds a B.A. in psychology with a dual minor in business and religion from the University of Southern California.

Jenn loves hiking, camping and writing, and is working on a couple of book projects she’s hoping to publish in the near future. She resides in Southern California with her husband Kevin.
