Jenna Chick is Corporate and Retail Partnerships Manager at Smart Works, my charity of choice. Smart Works provides a dressing and coaching service for unemployed women with confirmed job interviews. It also does so much more than that, it takes a woman who for whatever reason is lacking confidence and reinvigorates her. 

In this episode Jenna goes into more depth about the work that Smart Works does, but also into her own journey. Jenna can almost precisely trace her current path back to being devastated at not becoming a school prefect when she was 16.
