She studied Community Health Education before pursuing a Masters at University of West Florida (UWF) in Health Promotion and Wellness specializing in fitness and nutrition. While pursuing her masters Jenna engaged every opportunity including - a graduate assistant for UWF, fitness supervisor for UWF, owning/managing a gymnastics company, and teaching fitness classes. Immediately following her graduation, Jenna completed her dual internship with the Veterans Affairs working on employee wellness and organizational health. After her internship Jenna worked at U of M Hospital studying transitional therapy as Dr. McCune’s assistant. In March 2011, Jenna moved to the Tampa area and became Fitness Coordinator for Manatee County Government where she oversaw and implemented multiple fitness and wellness programs. Jenna has worked with elite athletes on all levels including professional sports. She has trained in several modalities which help reduce the risk of injury and enhance performance, including Relief Through Rolling, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization and Functional Movement Screening. Additionally, she is an ambassador for Fabletics, was awarded Best of the Bay Personal Trainer in 2015, is a master trainer for ReXist360. She is opening her own studio in 2017.
