Jennifer is a Coordinator for Refill Ireland which is a Cork based company. Founded by Gary Fitzpatrick who is also the lead coordinator. They have now set up a competition for a Cork business to win the title of Cork's First hydration hub. In order to win the title the business would need to be green and considerate of the environment. The winner will receive a contactless water dispenser to the value of €2000 as well as being added to Refill Ireland's national tap map. Which will allow the public free access to drinking water in Cork City, with the aim of getting rid of as much single use plastic as possible. There's now a number of these taps throughout the county with thanks to Cork City Council and Refill Ireland.
