I love Jennifer's honesty about impostor syndrome and fear of failure, even as an outwardly confident Lawyer. And the story she shares about the mentor who championed her out of her comfort zone and into a new role at work really stands out for me. 

Jennifer’s mentor didn’t assume Jennifer was exactly where she needed to be in her career or assume she wouldn’t be interested in a role outside of her training in the Law. She asked from a place of curiosity. Listened. And then advocated for her.
