Jennifer Finnegan Pool is an innovative humanitarian, a value driven entrepreneur, and a social reformer. Her faith, authentic story of resilience, and nontraditional academic experiences have led her to a career in growing healthy communities one family at a time. She is the Founder and Executive Director of Single MOMM, headquartered in Traverse City, MI. Started as a grassroots nonprofit in 2008, Single MOMM now serves over 2,000 families a year throughout Northern Michigan. In 2019, she was recognized as a national expert in her field.
