Our guest in this episode is Jennifer Petriglieri, Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour at INSEAD.

Earlier in the summer, we had the immense good fortune to spend some time talking to the wonderful Jennifer about her book, Couples That Work, published in October this year.

We wanted to talk to her not only about her book but about the crossover points between her work and ours. We talk about career breaks and how to survive them, about who gets the power and deciding how to share-out career priorities and about the importance of contracting in a couple.
