Jennifer Sullivan is owner of Jen's Pen, a ghostwriting services company. Just coming up on a year out of a severe, decade long depression, Jennifer has begun recording her thoughts and feelings in a series of live videos. Achieving emotional wellness requires an approach to old emotions and new challenges that is completely unlike the mental habits that have been there since childhood. Jennifer is documenting her journey while she navigates this new territory, breaking old patterns and letting go of the past in order to demonstrate to other lost souls that there is hope, the possibility of a life of peace and joy and how they might find them.
