🎙️"[Imposter syndrome] literally blinds you from all the greatness that you are and that you're capable of." - Jennifer Torres
Trying new things may have you questioning yourself, it may trigger imposter syndrome, and it may test your confidence but it also may surprise you in ways that uplift your spirit. We are worthy of allowing ourselves to try new things, to test new grounds, and to see what we're capable of outside of our comfort zone.
Not only is Jennifer Torres, a model expanding her creative limits, trying new things but she's also found herself in the midst of confronting hard truths and leaning into her healing. She's practicing trusting herself as she sheds who she is no longer and explores who she is becoming.
In this episode, we remain rooted in the acknowledgement that trying your best is something to be grateful for and much of who and what we intend to become in life takes consistent practice - may it be practicing being confident, practicing better communication, or practicing a new career. We expand on Jennifer's current season in life where she is both healing and becoming.
