Jenny is an incredible inspiring person and shared her insight about what is going on within ourselves when we are injured and what we can do to get us out of that dark place that nobody wants to be in, yet so many of us fall into.

From personal experience I can tell you that its rough and it’s good to have somebody like jenny in your corner.
