Jenny brings over 13 years of experience serving as a strategic business adviser in identifying opportunities for human capital leaders to drive and enable the business.  In her current role as a Bersin by Deloitte Member Advisor, she serves as a thought partner to HR and business leaders in engaging with Bersin’s research and resources in a meaningful and impactful way for their organization - specifically, with subject matter expertise in the space of HR and Talent Acquisition.

Prior to joining Bersin, Jenny provided tax and HR consulting services at Deloitte focused on global HR and global mobility to external clients in Life Sciences, Technology, Consumer Products and Financial Services.  She also brings practitioner experience as an HRBP in Deloitte’s global Financial Advisory business, partnering with internal senior leadership in driving key people initiatives around strategic mobility and recruitment, performance management, culture and engagement, and diversity and inclusion.

Jenny holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Master of Science degree in Taxation from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.  She is based out of Chicago, and is a certified GPHR and SHRM-SCP as well as a registered Illinois CPA.
