* In verse 17 Jeremiah says to God, “nothing is too difficult for you.”

* This was just after he was told to buy a piece of property in a depreciating market.

* vs 24-25 - His faith seemed to waffle a bit.

* How does God respond to this?

* vs 26 - by saying the same thing back to Jeremiah that he had prayed earlier.

* Sometimes we need a little reminder from God like this.

* This is why Paul tells Timothy to “fan into flame” the gift God has given us (2 Timothy 1:6).

* We need to make sure the fire of our faith doesn’t burn out.

* We do this by focusing on the power of Person of God and not the size of the problem.
