* Many of the Israelites fled Jerusalem away from the Babylonians and moved to Egypt.

* They did this to dodge God’s punishment.

* God said He would stand against them now.

* This verse is incredible for business.

* When we set our hearts on honoring God He becomes our partner.

* He is now personally responsible for the results.

* But when we set our hearts on dishonoring Him He becomes our opponent.

* I try to teach my kids that I will do the same with them - I want to be their partner, but if they dishonor me I become an opponent.

* It’s not me, it’s them.

* In business if we partner with God by honoring Him then He will open doors that otherwise would have never opened, and He will close doors that should be closed.
