In this weeks episode Ben speak to Jeremy Colledge about Qi and playing the game it is meant to be played.  

Jeremy is an ex-City Commodities Trader who realised his life was killing him and decided to take a different path.  The path was one of learning and he ended up finding his home in the disciple of Qigong.  Qigong is the practice using exercises to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being.

Jeremy now runs his own school in Bath, Quantum Qigong which brings together Medical Qigong and Quantum Physics.
