Jeremy just ran at the Big Backyard Ultra in Tennessee (just over 200 miles) and I had to invite him on the show to pick  his brain about the format, sleep deprivation, diet, and his race history.

Well, he chose Leadville as his first race to spite a roommate, eats whatever he wants, trains haphazardly, sleeps while running, and could’ve easily gone another day after running for two days straight in Tennessee.

Unfortunately, the phone connection is a bit funky for the first 15 minutes or so, but it gets better. Blame the satellite aliens.
