I met Jerry Leger years ago when he began touring through PEI regularly, and have been a fan of his songwriting since then. He's just released another record - "Waves of Desire" - that may be my favorite since 2014's "Early Riser". I caught up to him as he was about to fly back to Europe for a string of shows in October and we had a great talk about the recording of the new album, the toll that touring can take, and keeping a band together for 20 years.
