Welcome to this second edition of NOWNOW. We are recording this on Wednesday, July 2, 2025. My name is Charlotte Boye-Christensen, Artistic Director of NOW-ID and the host of this podcast.

I am excited to welcome Jesper Egelund as our guest today. Jesper is a Danish musician and composer. He co-founded the music ensemble FIGURA in Copenhagen in 1993 and is currently also the Head of programming at the renowned Royal Library, the Black Diamond, in Copenhagen, Denmark.

 Jesper has worked with NOW-ID on four projects since 2014. We are excited to invite him back to collaborate with us on a project premiering in Vancouver in September 2025, titled Neuroceros.
