Today I'm joined by Jess MacDonald, a dance mum and new competition owner! We go through Jess's life as a dance mum and what it's like raising a dancer. We discuss how Jess went from working at Qantas to being a receptionist at a dance studio to opening her dance competition and close by talking about the pros and cons of the competition world.
