She's also the author of "And the Day Came: Daily Transformational Journal",  and creator of the Bermuda Coaching Network, Co-founder and CEO of the International Coaching & Leadership Institute (ICLI), the first all-BIPOC Caribbean Women-Owned Coach Training School.
