Today, we shoot up to GreenRiver  on the 18th floor at Northwestern Medicine’s Lavin Family Pavilion in Chicago’s Streeterville neighborhood. Listen to Restaurant Manager Jessica McGlynn, who also coordinates the wine program, talk about her mission at the contemporary American dining room.

While the drinks menu is firmly craft cocktail focused, the simple wine list shines as well, featuring an array of lighter reds, rose and white wines to augment the drinks and local craft beers. The expansive space features an outdoor terrace with mind-blowing views of the city along with The Annex, for secret cocktail sipping by reservation only.
