Ms. Jessica Reddout is the Behavior Interventionist and PBIS Facilitator for Whittemore Park Middle School in Conway, South Carolina. Ms. Reddout gives excellent, first-hand knowledge about the implementation and execution of the PBIS program from a "boots on the ground" perspective.  She talks about the challenges and successes with implementing the program.  She names super resources and gives expert advice on how to make PBIS work in a school.
