Ever thought about reinventing your career but wondered if it's too soon or too late to start? 🔄
Today's guest didn't reinvent her career once… she did it THREE times before the age of 40.
Jessica Stumpf's career path is anything but traditional, and that's what makes it so powerful. She started working in local TV news after graduating with a meteorology degree from Penn State University. From there, she moved into state government in South Carolina, eventually rising through the ranks in emergency management and becoming the first civilian and first female Director of Emergency Management for Greenville County.
Today, she blends her meteorology and emergency management experience in a new role as a Public Safety Solutions Engineer at Baron Weather.
But here's the key: none of her moves were random. Each transition was intentional and strategic. Instead of walking away from past roles, she built on them, using the lessons, skills, and even uncomfortable moments to create new opportunities.
In this episode, Jessica shares: ✔️ How to pivot careers at any age or stage of life ✔️ Smart strategies for job hunting and career transitions ✔️ Networking advice that opens real doors ✔️ How to identify and leverage what truly sets you apart
If you're considering a change, feeling stuck, or wondering what's next… this conversation is for you.
🎧 Tune in now and get inspired to take your next step.
