In the previous sermon we saw that Jesus changed the lives of two prominent men in the culture of the time: Joseph and Nicodemus. This week we are going to see how this resurrection did a number on another person on the opposite end of the cultural spectrum: Mary Magdalene! Not only was she a woman, who was devalued in the culture, but also a former mental patient who was possessed by demons. This woman’s life was turned upside down by Jesus!
