I gave up everything to follow Jesus. And then He went silent.

No answers. No breakthrough. Just pain, confusion, and the cold Idaho wilderness… living in a bell tent with my family in zero-degree weather, wondering where God had gone.

I thought surrender would lead to blessing.
 Instead, it led to silence.

But what I didn’t realize… was that God wasn’t gone.
 He was doing something deeper.
 He was stripping away the noise, the fear, the dependence on comfort and control… so I could hear Him differently.
