Joseph Borba resides in Fort Lauderdale Florida.  Since 2004 he has been teaching and preaching in El Sembrador ministries (ESNE) in both Spanish and English. He is currently  a part of the I am the 73rd evangelization ministry founded by Noel Diaz.
