Hey friends.

Today’s story is about a father. A man named Jairus had a little girl who was dying. And he was desperate. He ran to Jesus. Fell at His feet.

And begged Him to come heal his daughter. Jesus agreed.

But on the way… they were delayed.

Crowds slowed them down.

Interruptions happened.

And while they were still walking, someone came with terrible news:

“Your daughter is dead. Don’t bother the teacher anymore.”

Can you imagine that moment?

The heartbreak.

The finality.

But Jesus turned to Jairus and said something powerful:

“Don’t be afraid. Just believe.”

When they arrived at the house, people were crying and mourning.

But Jesus said,

“She is not dead — she is sleeping.”

They laughed at Him.

But Jesus went inside, took the girl by the hand, and said,

“Little girl, arise.” And she got up. Just like that.

Here’s what this teaches us:

Jesus is not limited by what looks final to us.

Sometimes we think,

“It’s over.” “It’s too late.” “There’s no fixing this.”

But Jesus operates on a different timeline.

If you’re waiting on something…

If you feel like hope has died…

Hear His words today:

“Don’t be afraid. Just believe.”

He is never late.

And nothing is impossible for Him.
