On May 6th in England, King Charles III will officially be crowned at Westminster Abbey. They are currently restoring the 700 year old oak chair for the occasion! He will be anointed with oil—not containing animal products! He will be presented with various items, including the Royal Orb, the Sceptre, and a crown. 8000 guests will attend. The cost will be???! Today, Palm Sunday, we travel back almost 2000 years and hear the celebration of the royal procession of King Jesus into the royal city of Jerusalem. The cost of his procession was significantly less even though he was going to reign forever!
