My first Co-Host is my husband, Javaun Lindo. He talks about coming to America as a teenager and blooming in his identity despite his desire to rebel.

 I share my thoughts about struggling to accept that I may not be as Jamaican as I want to be. We talk openly about some of our individual struggles and coming into our identities as parents, spouse, and staying true to our needs as individuals.
