As believers, we are not David but Solomon. The scripture reveals how David’s life and reign was characterized by wars, and David was said to have won all his battles. On the other hand, Solomon’s life and reign was however characterized by peace. 

Jesus is our conquering king, He has won all the wars for every believer thus, we are more than conquerors.
