Rather than look for the seemingly endless reasons one might put forth to end a marriage, Jesus allows for only one-sexual immorality. (Beyond what we see of Jesus on divorce, the New Testament also allows for divorce for: 1.) desertion by an unbeliever (see 1 Cor. 7:15) and would seem to allow for 2.) physical abuse of a spouse.
