The ascension of Jesus into heaven 40 days after his resurrection is one of the most significant events in history. The resurrected Man Messiah Jesus who in his person is both true God and true man entered the very throne room of heaven, the holy of holies. There he presents his once  all sufficient for all sacrifice to the Father on our behalf. He ministers for us in receiving and conveying our prayers and worship to God. Consider Jesus our great high priest!
