Jesus Christ will one day inherit this whole world including believers. That’s like saying, you “get” to inherit your parents’ collection of turtle figurines or their 1971 Ford Pinto. These things have no value, but they may be important to you because they were important to your parents. Similarly, Pastor Phil wants us to remember, that even though you have about as much value as the Pinto, Jesus loves you and can’t wait to spend eternity with you. You’re made in God’s image, and therefore, have worth beyond measure.
