Continuing in Colossians 1, Paul points to the evidence of the gospel at work in the lives of believers: love for others and hope in eternity. When our faith is placed in Christ, it begins to change how we see and treat people. Genuine faith produces love for the family of God and a confident hope that is anchored beyond this life.

When Jesus is truly over everything, the gospel doesn’t just change what we believe; it changes how we live.
