Sally is one of Gym & Tonic Movement's real OG's, and if you have ever been to one of our sessions you will know Sally's openness and love that she shares at every session with everyone.

I feel privileged that she has been willing to share her story with with me and you all about her journey being a lover of Jesus, postpartum depression and parenting.
